The California Secretary of State's office will be releasing a new Uniform Commercial Code online application on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. The California Secretary of State (SOS) is pleased to offer an online service that enables you to perform transactions such as inquiries, filings, request copies, place bulk orders, and much more. To view prior transaction details, select the BRIEFCASE tab from the navigation bar above. For instructions on using this site or access the fees schedule, select the HELP tab.

By logging into UCC Connect you are indicating your agreement to comply with and be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Use of this web site. Please select the linkat the bottom of the page to view these provisions.

To conduct transactions you must login to the system and provide payment information. The following login options are available:

(1) Subscribers: If you are currently a subscriber to the system and know your USER ID (Customer Account number) and PASSWORD, please enter them below and press Continue.

(2) If you have a customer account and would like to use it for web services or you would like to subscribe, call (916) 651-9885 for assistance.
(3) Non-Subscribers: You can conduct web inquiries, place orders, and submit filings. Non-Subscribers cannot place bulk orders or conduct transactions via XML. Acceptable methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
