Becoming a subscriber to UCC Connect gives a user access to a variety of online UCC transactions and services at the Secretary of State’s Office. In addition to submitting filings, conducting inquiries and placing orders for copies and search certificates, a user can manage an online account, download monthly statements, and manage an online briefcase.

Users who do not intend to use UCC Connect on a regular basis may log in as a non-subscriber and use a credit card for filing and information request transactions. NOTE: There are several services that are not available to non-subscribers, such as online bulk order transactions and XML functionality.
